Liverpool’s Nightlife

Liverpool boasts a wide variety of night-life which suits all ages, preferences and tastes. There are a wide range of bars, clubs, restaurants, cabaret and live music venues to chose from in which many celebrities can be spotted.

Using the Liverpool City Scene Tour at the start of your evening will show you the trendiest places to eat, drink, dance, shop and all the places to be seen!

There is a diversity of performing arts in the City of Liverpool which can be seen at famous theatres such as the Playhouse, Empire and Royal Court Liverpool. One of the city’s newest attractions is FACT, a centre for Film, Art and Creative Technology. This building has cinemas, studios and other performing arts venues which is conveniently situated in one of the lively nightlife quarters of the city.

More bars, restaurants and clubs can be found at the Albert Docks as well as a comedy club and other places such as BabyCream, Baby Blue and Pan American club, which are frequented by soccer and television stars so be sure to have your camera at the ready!

Liverpool has nightlife to suit everyone, for those who prefer a quieter time there are a multitude of bars and cosy restaurants, Newz bar and The Living Room are a couple of hideaways which play a variety of music in a more subdued atmosphere.

Concert Square and Mathew Street are lively and bustling with many bars to chose from or you could spend the night trying lots of them!

Anyone wishing to dance the night away should try clubs like Garlands and for a night out you will be sure to remember can be found at Heebie Jeebies and Society.

And of course there is always the legendary Cavern Club if you are looking for memorable nightlife in Liverpool, the UK’s city of culture.
